One minor issue is the language barrier with the staff, but they were always polite and made an effort to assist with translations. the private facilities are unmatched with plenty of outdoor dining areas and a sun terrace. This hotel is perfect for a leisurely holiday with friends and family.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel's location is convenient, situated near both a metro station and railway station, but unfortunately, it can be difficult to get a taxi. Although the surrounding area is unremarkable, the hotel has well-designed and comfortable rooms, with some having great views. the staff is friendly, and the restaurant serves delicious food.

The hotel's breakfast options are limited, with a poor buffet selection and pre-ordered plates.

The beds were really comfortable, and the rooms were quite spacious. We enjoyed having enough space to move around freely. We appreciated the simple but good breakfast and the nice morning coffee that helped us start the day energized. the decor was fantastic, both inside and out of the room, very chic and modern.

There were several negative aspects of our stay. The location was challenging, and taxis couldn't find the hotel even when presented with a map.

What a great way to spend Christmas! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of a free shuttle to the nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, and the unique style of the surroundings made it a fun experience. The large shopping complex and subway were just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area.

The wifi was a bit slow, and the staff's English was limited which made communication a bit challenging. We also found the breakfast to be lacking in variety. though, we had a fun and relaxing stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

Cleanliness, location, staff

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Our room was spotlessly clean and beautifully designed both inside and out. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport to explore the city. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing us with a Chinese phone charger when we needed it.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The rooms at Cosy Park Hotel were so comfortable and cozy! After a tiring day exploring Hangzhou, it was the perfect place to unwind. We loved the seating area and the air-conditioning that kept us cool during the hot weather. The flat-screen TV was a bonus for some nighttime entertainment. And the private bathroom with complimentary toiletries and bathrobes made us feel pampered and relaxed.

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the tile/marble floor in the studio. It felt a bit cold and hard underfoot.
